Winter is just about a memory for us and we are all anticipating Spring and all that it has to offer.
One of the things I look forward to is Spring planting. We all love seeing the plants coming back after a long winter’s rest. Spring is the time of rebirth, of growth, and the anticipation of new life. The Spring plants provide all of that for us.
But did you know, even though there is still snow on the ground, that you can start planting now?
Not plant starters in your home but planting in the garden of your mind. We can all create and cultivate those seeds of positive thinking.
In the garden of your mind, you can plant the seeds and water the good thoughts, and weed out the bad ones. Be sure to add a few seeds of empathy, forgiveness, and patience. Those plants grow well and will be especially important during these crazy times we have now.
Once the plants start growing, make sure to fertilize them and help them to become strong and healthy. If you get a few weeds in your mind gardens like jealousy, resentment, and frustration, pull those weeds as soon as you recognize them.
Don’t let anyone trample your garden or stop its growth. It is your garden; you control it, and you are the caretaker. I am confident that you will join me in becoming a terrific mind gardener!
